WaterGrinder - an effective and efficient trainer for training the upper body!

When sailing, the grinder's job is to turn the wind into propulsion by hoisting the sails as quickly as possible. Grinders do a dizzying job on board - they really are top athletes! Through physical strength and endurance, grinders lift the sails by turning the winches on sea yachts with the classic crank movement.
The WaterGrinder NOHRD device brings this intense sport to your home, allowing you to achieve an impressive level of fitness without having to give up the element of water!
- Exercise sitting or standing - the wooden seat can be hung on both sides at three different heights. You can also exercise on the WaterGrinder while standing without the seat.
- Easy or hard - the device's cranks can be fixed in eight different positions. This has a direct effect on the training resistance: the lower the degree, the higher the intensity.
- Front or rear - WaterGrinder can be operated from the front, back and side. You can exercise sitting or standing.
- Work several muscle groups at once - all positions focus on the upper body (chest, abdomen, back, arms, shoulders).
Individual adjustment - the monitor, cranks and even the seat can be adjusted with one hand!
- The WaterGrinder NOHRD can be hung on both sides at three different heights. The NOHRD WaterGrinder can also be operated while standing without the seat.
- The adjustable legs have been curved so that wheelchair users can also exercise on the device. WaterGrinder feet are made of powder coated steel. The height of the WaterGrinder can be positioned, making it very stable.
- The training monitor can be rotated. This means that by practicing on both sides, you can easily see the results. The buttons, on the other hand, can be operated directly via the touch screen.

Performance Monitor G1 - Work out with a professional training monitor!
The training monitor can be completely rotated so that it can be operated from both sides. The balance sensor prevents spontaneous inversion of the display.
The WaterGinder monitor offers a wide range of training programs. You can choose between the following programs:
- Distance and time training: Specify the time or distance you want to cover and only focus on achieving that goal during your training.
- Universal Training: Allow yourself to face many different and unpredictable exercise challenges as if a real trainer were in command at your side. Set the goal of your training session and you'll get a fully differentiated workout with a wide range of exercises.
- Competitive Mode: In competitive mode, you compete against a virtual or real opponent and have to raise a certain number of sails as quickly as possible. It's about win or lose, focusing on your training is the next step to ensuring high intensity.
Depending on the program, the following parameters are displayed:

- power in watts or calories per hour.

The Light Commercial warranty covers devices working in fitness clubs for women, small hotels, rehabilitation rooms, outpatient clinics, etc.
The maximum working time is 4 hours a day.
Full Commercial Warranty: 2 years
The Full Commercial warranty covers devices working in gyms, schools, etc. If it is properly maintained.
The maximum working time is 12 hours a day.

Delivery

- A courier company FEDEX.
- Another courier company, eg DHL, GLS, K-EX, RABEN for shipments, which are currently not possible to be sent by FEDEX or change, for example, the weight or dimensions of the shipment.
Returns
purchased goods are accepted only on condition that they have not been used, have the original packaging, are delivered in a set (with attached accessories):
- The returned product must be accompanied by a return form.
- Money for the returned goods will be sent to the given account within 7 business days.

WaterRower Ltd. has been in Germany since 1994. In 2005 the NOHrD manufacturing facility emerged at our headquarters in Nordhorn, Lower Saxony, designing and producing high-quality fitness equipment out of wood. Alongside the well-established WaterRower machine, the new WaterWorkx was successfully introduced to the market. About NOHrD Company
The name NOHrD is derived from our company's location: our home is in Northern Germany, whereby the „NOH" refers to our county Nordhorn and the „D" for Deutschland, therefore: „Made in Germany".
Each piece of our wooden exercise equipment is handcrafted in our manufacturing facility. The combination of classic handcraft and precision machine technology ensure consistent quality and constant progress. We place high value on respecting our environment, processing all bark and wood completely- there is no waste.
Production residue in our facility is used for power generation. We further use our factory's 1500 sq meter area for producing our own solar electricity, with which we can power our machinery with low-emission efficiency.
