Movement is part of our everyday life - often we don't even notice it, but it really starts with getting out of bed, during the day at work, and also in the evening during leisure time. In order to keep the muscles springy and flexible and avoid pain, it is important to exercise vigorously and thus maintain the flexibility, resistance of muscles and joints and connective tissue.
SwingBell dumbbells are a modern variation of kettlebell dumbbells known fromCrossFit training. Classic kettlebells are shaped like cannonballs, are massive and have a simple grip. SwingBell dumbbells have a shifted center of gravity beyond the shoulders, thanks to which swinging and flexible movements are supported. The dumbbells are filled with iron granules, which causes an imbalance during exercise. This increases performance and resistance.
- Hand-sewn genuine leather - All SwingBelles are hand-sewn from high-quality genuine leather, and the integrated metal rail gives the dumbbell high stability.
- Handles made of solid wood - SwingBelli's handles are made of solid oiled wood - thanks to which they are strong and hold the hand very well.
- Iron pellets as filling - The weight of the SwingBell dumbbell is determined by precisely weighed iron pellets. Small granules swing with the movement.

The SwingBell dumbbell rack is made of solid wood and holds eight dumbbells, a complete set. At the top of the stand there is a holder for a tablet or smartphone - thanks to which you can exercise while watching training videos or put an official set of exercises during training.

Light Commercial Warranty: 2 years
The Light Commercial warranty covers devices working in fitness clubs for women, small hotels, rehabilitation rooms, outpatient clinics, etc.
The maximum working time is 4 hours a day.
Full Commercial Warranty: 2 years
The Full Commercial warranty covers devices working in gyms, schools, etc. If it is properly maintained.
The maximum working time is 12 hours a day.

Delivery
it is implemented in two variants:
- A courier company FEDEX.
- Another courier company, eg DHL, GLS, K-EX, RABEN for shipments, which are currently not possible to be sent by FEDEX or change, for example, the weight or dimensions of the shipment.
Returns
purchased goods are accepted only on condition that they have not been used, have the original packaging, are delivered in a set (with attached accessories):
- The returned product must be accompanied by a return form.
- Money for the returned goods will be sent to the given account within 7 business days.
The buyer shall bear the costs of returns.

WaterRower Ltd. has been in Germany since 1994. About NOHrD Company
The name NOHrD is derived from our company's location: our home is in Northern Germany, whereby the „NOH" refers to our county Nordhorn and the „D" for Deutschland, therefore: „Made in Germany".
Each piece of our wooden exercise equipment is handcrafted in our manufacturing facility. The combination of classic handcraft and precision machine technology ensure consistent quality and constant progress. We place high value on respecting our environment, processing all bark and wood completely- there is no waste.
Production residue in our facility is used for power generation. We further use our factory's 1500 sq meter area for producing our own solar electricity, with which we can power our machinery with low-emission efficiency.
